		<description>It came out really well, surprisingly. I should update the site with some info, huh? The flavors are definitely there. I don't find it too bitter. I actually think it's got a bit too much alcohol heat in it if you know what I mean.

The oil stayed in the fermenter. I get decent head retention on it.

I stored it a week or so before I served it, but I still have it on tap and the flavors have definitely changed. at first the peanut flavor was very subtle but now it's rather prominent. I like the beer a lot, but maybe because I tend to be partial to my own brews?
