		<description>Interesing peanut butter/cocoa recipe.  A couple of hints though.  Add irish moss, cocoa, and pb at 15min left.  I have done some mocha porters and the irish moss seems to absorb some of the oils from the cocoa.  No problems with the head.  Maybe 1 tsp of moss to get the peanut oils too.  Cocoa is very bitter, with all those hops you are going to have a 70 IBU porter.  I have used 1oz (by weight) of cocoa and the taste was overwhelming, I would suggest 2oz, otherwise the whole thing is going to be kind of muddy.</description>
